By booking a vehicle with Star Bus Rental, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure a safe, transparent, and high-quality transport experience for all passengers.

1. Booking and Confirmation

• Reservation: A booking is considered “confirmed” only after a formal booking order is received and a deposit (as specified in the quote) is paid.

• Accuracy: The client is responsible for providing accurate pick-up locations, timings, and destination details. Any last-minute changes may incur additional charges.

2. Payment Terms

• Standard Rates: All quotes are provided in UAE Dirhams (AED).

• Inclusions: Unless stated otherwise, quotes include the vehicle, driver, fuel, and basic insurance.

• Exclusions: Tolls (Salik), parking fees, and entry permits to specific sites (e.g., ports or private parks) are to be paid by the client unless an “All-Inclusive” package is selected.

• Overtime: Use of the vehicle beyond the agreed hours will be billed at an hourly rate specified in your contract.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the service date are eligible for a full refund (minus administrative fees).

• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

• No-Show: Failure to arrive at the pick-up point within 30 minutes of the scheduled time without notice will be treated as a “No-Show” and is non-refundable.

4. Passenger Conduct and Safety

• Seatbelts: In accordance with UAE law, all passengers must wear seatbelts while the vehicle is in motion.

• Cleanliness: No smoking or consumption of alcohol is permitted inside the buses. A cleaning fee may be applied if the vehicle is left in an unsatisfactory condition.

• Capacity: The number of passengers must not exceed the legal seating capacity of the rented bus.

5. Breakdown and Delays

• Technical Issues: In the rare event of a mechanical breakdown, Star Bus Rental will provide a replacement vehicle of similar or better standard within the shortest possible time.

• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, exceptional traffic congestion, or road closures by local authorities.

6. Insurance and Liability

• All vehicles are fully insured under UAE transport regulations. However, Star Bus Rental is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
