1. Booking and Payment
Confirmation: A booking is only considered “Confirmed” once a formal booking confirmation is issued by Star Bus Rental and any required advance deposit is received.
Payment Terms: For individual or short-term bookings, full payment is required prior to the start of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Methods: We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit cards.
2. Usage and Duration
Standard Duty: A “Full Day” rental is defined as 10 consecutive hours of service. A “Half Day” is defined as 5 consecutive hours.
Overtime: Any usage exceeding the agreed hours will be billed at an hourly rate (starting from AED 70–150 depending on vehicle size).
Midnight Surcharge: Services performed between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM may incur a “Night Shift” surcharge.
3. Inclusions and Exclusions
Included: Professional driver, fuel, and basic passenger insurance as per UAE law.
Excluded: Salik (Tolls), parking fees, entry tickets to attractions, and driver meals/accommodation for overnight stays outside the home Emirate. These costs are to be covered by the Client unless explicitly stated in the quote.
4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Notice Period: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund (minus administrative fees).
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24–48 hours will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations within less than 24 hours or “No-Shows” are subject to a 100% charge.
Modifications: Changes to the itinerary or vehicle type are subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment.
5. Passenger Conduct and Safety
RTA Compliance: Passengers must adhere to all UAE federal laws, including the mandatory use of seatbelts where available.
No Smoking/Alcohol: Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited inside all Star Bus Rental vehicles.
Damages: Any damage caused to the vehicle’s interior or exterior by the Client or their guests (beyond normal wear and tear) will be billed to the Client at the cost of repair plus a service fee.
6. Luggage and Personal Property

7. Vehicle Substitution
