Bus Rental With Driver

Terms and Conditions for Star Bus Rental Services

By booking a service with Star Bus Rental, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure the safety, comfort, and reliability of our transport services across Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and the Northern Emirates.

Booking and Payment Policy

• Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a formal booking confirmation via email or WhatsApp and the payment of the agreed deposit.

• Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Bank Transfers, and Credit/Debit cards. For corporate monthly contracts, payments are due within the first 5 days of the service month.

• Inclusions: Standard quotes include the vehicle, driver, and fuel. Salik (Tolls), parking fees, and entry permits to specific sites are to be borne by the client unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Usage and Duration

• Standard Shift: A full-day rental is defined as 10 consecutive hours. A half-day rental is 5 consecutive hours.

• Overtime: Any usage beyond the agreed hours will be charged at an hourly rate, which varies depending on the vehicle size (e.g., AED 100/hour for Coasters, AED 150/hour for Luxury Coaches).

• Driver Rest: For long-distance trips (e.g., Dubai to Fujairah or RAK), drivers must be allowed a 30-minute break for every 4 hours of continuous driving to ensure safety.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the service start time are eligible for a full refund (minus administrative fees).

• 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• No-Show: If the client does not show up at the designated pickup point within 60 minutes of the scheduled time, the booking will be treated as a “No-Show” and no refund will be issued.

Passenger Conduct and Safety

• Strict No-Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all Star Bus Rental vehicles.

• Cleaning Fee: If the vehicle is left in an excessively untidy state or if there is any damage to the interior, a professional cleaning/repair fee starting from AED 500 will be charged.

• Seatbelts: According to UAE Law, all passengers must wear seatbelts while the vehicle is in motion.

Vehicle and Route Policies

• Route Deviations: Our drivers follow the most efficient routes using GPS. Major changes to the itinerary during the trip may result in additional charges.

• Breakdowns: In the rare event of a mechanical failure, Star Bus Rental will provide a replacement vehicle of the same or higher category as quickly as possible.

• Insurance: All passengers are covered under our comprehensive commercial vehicle insurance as per RTA regulations.

Luggage and Personal Belongings

• Star Bus Rental is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle. We recommend checking the bus thoroughly before disembarking.
