  • Reservation: A booking is considered “Confirmed” only after a formal Purchase Order (PO) is received or an advance payment is made.

  • Payment Terms: For daily rentals, full payment is required in advance. For monthly staff transport contracts, payments are due within the first 5 days of each month.

  • VAT: As per UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations, a 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) is applicable to all invoices.

2. All-Inclusive Scope (Driver & Fuel)

  • Included: The quoted rate includes the vehicle rental, a professionally licensed driver, and all fuel costs.

  • Excluded: Unless specified, rates do not include Salik (Toll) charges, airport parking fees, or inter-emirate entry permits. These will be billed at the end of the trip or deducted from the security deposit.
