By booking a 34 Seater Rosa Bus Rental with Star Bus Rental, the “Client” agrees to the following terms and conditions across all service areas including Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
1. Booking and Payment Policy
Confirmation: A booking is only considered confirmed upon receipt of a written confirmation (Email/WhatsApp) and the required deposit.
Payment Terms: For short-term rentals, 100% payment is required before the start of the journey. For long-term corporate contracts, payments are due within the first 5 days of each month.
VAT: All prices are subject to a 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) as per UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup will receive a full refund (minus administrative fees).
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 12–24 hours of the service will incur a 50% charge.

6. Insurance and Liability
